Bumi Armada Announces New Appointment to The Board

Kuala Lumpur, 30 April 2018 – Malaysia-based international offshore production and support services provider Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada” or the “Company”), today announced the appointment of Mr Gary Neal Christenson (“Mr Christenson”), an American, as an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 2 May 2018. He has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
